Up to ten files at a time, up to 100MB each and 500MB altogether: a PDF, or photos or scans as JPEG, PNG, HEIC or WebP. A whole class in one PDF from the office scanner is the easiest way. Photos straight from a phone are fine; we turn them the right way up, shrink them for judging and remove any location data from the copy our judges see. If you have more to send, send the rest as a second entry, as many times as you need. Each drawing should carry the child's first name and age, and their answer to the sun smart question.
